Refund Policy


At Taptwice Social, we maintain a strict no-refund policy, in compliance with financial regulations that restrict us from reversing transactions once funds are received.

However, in special cases, and solely at our own discretion, a refund may be considered. In such cases, a fee of up to 30% of the transaction amount will be deducted to cover administrative and transaction costs.

Please note the following:

  • Once an order is placed, no refund will be issued, regardless of delivery status or order status.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes for valid orders are not accepted and may result in permanent suspension of your account, along with legal action under Indian law.
  • Refunds are only possible if the funds are unused and the request is made before placing any order.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed only for payments made through UPI.
  • Payments made via credit/debit card, net banking, or any third-party payment gateway are non-refundable.
  • If you submit a chargeback without valid reason, legal steps may be taken under Indian judiciary systems, and your personal/business details may be flagged for fraud prevention across platforms.
