Our services are fulfilled by external vendors and are not officially sanctioned by these platforms.
4. User Acknowledgment of RiskBy using our services, you acknowledge that you are engaging with third-party promotional tools that may violate the terms of service of the social media platforms. You accept full responsibility for any potential consequences to your account, which may include:
- Account suspension, temporary lockouts, or permanent bans.
- Reduction in visibility or reach ("shadowbanning").
- Removal or drop of followers, likes, or views delivered.
- Deletion of your content or profile.
- Warning notices or feature restrictions.
Taptwice Social will not be held liable for any such actions taken by a social media platform. Our role is to ensure the delivery of the quantity of the service you ordered through our providers.
5. Service "As-Is"All services are provided "as-is" and "as available." We do not guarantee long-term retention, the quality of engagement, or specific results. Once an order is fulfilled, our obligation is considered complete. Any subsequent drop in numbers is a known risk associated with such services.
